What is our Refund Policy?
 
  Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Payment of professional fees is due at the time of service. Internet communication may not be covered by insurances. If it is covered, then it is the patient responsibility to file claims for internet based services with their carrier. If Jensen Family Medicine receives monies from a third party in compensation for office charges previously paid by the patient, a patient refund will be generated within 30 days of receipt.
