All Online Bill Payments occur instantly upon receiving the following Thank You message at the conclusion of the Pay My Bill Online feature: "Thank You (Patient Name). Your Payment of (Payment Amount) to Account (Account Number) on (Date and Time of payment) to Jensen Family Medicine has been successfully processed with (Last 4 Digits of Credit Card)."

The Date and Time stamp of the payment show the time that the payment was processed and the patient's credit card was charged.

Patients will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with their patient account.
